- You may register in person from 3pm until 10pm the day/night of the Captains Meeting. This year’s Captain’s meeting will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Waterman’s Surfside Grille, 415 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 during the hours of 3pm til 10pm. We always encourage you to stop by earlier to register to beat the crowds.
